Life can feel overwhelming. Are you having difficulty setting boundaries in relationships or feeling lost or confused and unsure of what you want and need in life, or how to get there? If so, individual counselling can help you navigate the muddy waters of life, find clarity, and improve your ability to cope.

From an attachment-based, trauma-informed, holistic framework, I seek to personalize therapy for each client. I am client centred and draw from Emotion Focussed Individual Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness and self-compassion, Neuroscience, the Satir Model, Sand Tray Therapy, Narrative Therapy and somatic awareness. I believe in the mind-body connection and work with you support your overall wellbeing.
